If you find the same reservation at a lower price on another site, please report it to our customer service after booking. We will provide the same price when the following conditions are met:
- 1. You contacted us immediately after booking and provided all the information about the other variant with exactly the specified price and a link to the website with the offer.
- 2. Another option is still available for online booking at the moment when we check this information.
- 3. Lower price applies to the variant with the terms of the reservation, a similar reservation. This means:
- The room (or property) of the same category
- The same dates of arrival and departure
- The same conditions of reservation and stay in the room (meal plan, cancellation policy, etc.)
If the rate does not meet these 4 conditions, you still keep your existing reservation-including the cancellation policy.
Best Price guarantee does not apply if:
- 1. You have made a booking on the web site that shows this property only after the booking.
- 2. You have made a booking using:

- Any other incentive programmes, as well as special offers of accommodation
